Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at Crystal International School. The Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, education delivery, effective communication with students and colleagues, teaching various subjects, and providing training to students in line with the school’s curriculum.

1. Curriculum Development:
   • Design and implement lesson plans that align with state and national standards.
   • Create and update curriculum materials, including syllabi, reading lists, and assignments.
2. Instruction:
   • Teach various social science subjects, such as history, geography, economics, sociology, and political science.
   • Use diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, including lectures, discussions, and multimedia resources.
   • Encourage critical thinking, analysis, and open discussion on relevant social issues.
3. Assessment:
   • Develop and administer tests, quizzes, projects, and other forms of assessment to evaluate student progress.
   • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance.
4. Classroom Management:
   • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
   • Enforce school policies and rules to ensure a safe and respectful learning space.
5. Student Support:
   • Offer additional support to students who may need extra help, including tutoring and one-on-one guidance.
