2. **Interactive Instruction:** Deliver engaging and interactive mathematics lessons using a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group discussions, problem-solving tasks, and technology-enhanced learning experiences.
3. **Concept Mastery:** Help students develop a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and probability, through clear explanations, examples, and practice exercises.
4. **Critical Thinking:** Encourage students to think critically and analytically, applying mathematical principles to solve real-world problems, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
5. **Differentiated Instruction:** Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, providing support and enrichment opportunities as needed to ensure all students can achieve their full potential in mathematics.
6. **Assessment and Feedback:** Assess student understanding and progress through a variety of assessment methods, including quizzes, tests, projects, and problem-solving tasks, and provide timely and constructive feedback to guide student learning and improvement.
7. **Technology Integration:** Integrate technology tools and resources, such as graphing calculators, interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online resources, to enhance mathematics instruction and student engagement.
8. **Collaborative Learning Environment:** Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore mathematical concepts, and collaborate with their peers in solving problems and discovering mathematical patterns and relationships.
9. **Classroom Management:** Establish clear expectations and routines for behavior and participation in the mathematics classroom, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
– Teaching certification or licensure (preferred).
– Strong knowledge of mathematics content and pedagogy across grade levels and topics.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Passion for teaching and inspiring students in mathematics.
– Prior teaching experience (preferred but not required).

1. **Accommodation Provision:**
– For male teachers (Gens) and female teachers (Ladies), accommodation will be provided complimentary, the eligibility of which will depend on the distance from their homes to the school.
– Ladies will receive the higher range of salary in each category without negotiation, as they will receive accommodation only, particularly if they are from outside Darbhanga.
2. **Additional Benefits for Couples:**
– In the event that both spouses wish to join our institution as teachers, they will be entitled to an additional complementary allowance of 5,000/- HR every month.
– This benefit is applicable to couples who reside outside Bihar or are from a considerable distance away.
