The Career Counsellor will guide students to find the institution that best meets their learning and career aspirations. Driving the achievement of pipeline goals, customer satisfaction and targets through each stage of the student journey. The Education Counsellor for teaching jobs hyderabad is also responsible for directly promoting Excellencia with various institutions/ universities.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to students
- Help students in goal setting and decision-making
- Provide information and advice to students and their parents regarding study opportunities in India as well other countries like…Australia, Canada, USA and UK
- Ensure students submit their applications to various institutions after their intermediate/ +2, also obtain offers and facilitate enrolments into graduation courses
- Possess a high level of product knowledge and competency in using CRM systems for managing student cases and running performance reports. Ensure accuracy in data entry and management.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of student visa conditions and client programs and processes.
- Attend to student face-to-face, phone, live chat and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow through on student inquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required
- Support event managers in the organization of major promotional events such as interview sessions and exhibitions
- Work with Admissions Team Leaders to develop relationships and projects with Institutions representative
- Build good working relationships with network counsellors, marketing and admissions staff from institutions.
