Job Role – PRT Social Science Teacher

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver creative and engaging lesson plans, focusing primarily on social studies subjects.

· Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, group activities, projects, and technology integration, to keep students actively involved in learning.

· Effectively assess student progress through tests, quizzes, presentations, and projects, providing constructive feedback to improve their understanding.

· Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, tolerance, and collaboration.

· Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians and relevant stakeholders regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education or a related field

· Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a school,

· Teaching certification required (e.g., B.Ed or equivalent).

· Strong knowledge of Social Studies curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:  ₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000 per month
