Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
– Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance student engagement and comprehension of mathematical concepts.
– Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
– Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed.
– Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary lessons, projects, and activities that integrate mathematics with other subject areas.
– Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to share progress updates, discuss student needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
– B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
– Minimum of X years of teaching experience, preferably in mathematics, at the secondary level.
– Proficiency in utilizing technology for instructional purposes, including interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online resources.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
– Passion for teaching mathematics and inspiring students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
