About the Role of Kindergarten teacher:
As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of children aged 3 to 5 years old. You will have the opportunity to create engaging lesson plans, facilitate hands-on learning activities, and cultivate a positive classroom environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to explore and discover.
Working Hours and Days:
Monday to Saturday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
– Foster a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels safe, respected, and empowered to express themselves.
– Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each child in the classroom.
– Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and promote children’s holistic development.
– Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to monitor children’s progress and inform instructional planning.
– Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
– Relevant teaching certification/license (state-specific requirements may apply).
– Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
– Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Passion for working with young children and dedication to their overall well-being and success.
